This clutch is made from an authenticated Alexander McQueen scarf featuring the signature skulls. It is topped with a gold chain link piece. The interior is lined with white linen and contains accordion sides with grommets for an optional chain (chain sold separately). Overall clutch dimensions are 12” x 7” with a magnetic snap closure.
