We offer a 14-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

All accessories (including bags, belts, and jewelry) are eligible for store credit only.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return for store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
