We offer a 30 day return period for apparel, and a 30 day exchange period for accessories. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges back to Garland.  We will handle getting your exchange back out to you!  To initiate a return or exchange please click  please complete the form .

Apparel: Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear, will be refused and sent back to you. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges back to Garland.  We will handle getting your exchange back out to you!  To initiate a return or exchange   please complete the form.

Accessories:  We will gladly exchange an item for you or issue store credit.  To initiate a return or exchange of an accessory, click HERE.

Read the policy above and check that your return is within the 30-day return window. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your refund or store credit has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to five business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
