Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period for apparel, and a 14-day exchange period for accessories. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges back to Garland.  We will handle getting your exchange back out to you!  To initiate a return or exchange,  please complete the form.

Apparel: Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear will be refused and sent back to you with you covering additional shipping charges. Returns cannot be processed after 14 days of delivery. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and only returned back to you if you handle the shipping.

Accessories:  We will gladly exchange an item for you or issue store credit.  To initiate a return or exchange of an accessory, please complete the form.

Read the policy above and check that your return is within the 14-day return window. We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your refund or store credit has been issued. Please note that refunds may take up to five business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.

Sale Items: All sale accessories are final sale. All sale apparel can be returned for store credit only.

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
