The crossbody size clutches (indicated in the title) do come with a chain. The original size clutches do not include a chain, but they contain grommets for an optional chain, which can be purchased here.
Both the original and crossbody sizes are built with accordion sides, and comfortably hold your phone, lipstick, lip gloss, key fob, ID, credit card and maybe one or two small/flat items. If you've ever played Tetris you can make this work. The original size is two inches wider and taller than the crossbody.
Our buckles and bands are made with connection mechanisms designed to fit together specifically with each other. While you may have some way of connecting a belt band of yours to our buckle, it's unlikely so you'll need to pair our buckles and bands together.
Take a look at the size chart within the photos of each belt band listing. They will give you the length of the actual band. Once you account for the hooks on each end of the band, and the distance between the posts that they connect to on the back of the buckle, you can add on another 3-4 inches. Most people will wear a different size belt on their waist with a dress than they would wear threaded through the belt loops of their pants, so keep that in mind. Generally speaking:Size 0-2 is looking at XXS - XS in stretch belts, 00-0 in leather bandsSize 4-6 is looking at S-M in stretch belts, 1-2 in leather bandsSize 8+ is looking at L in stretch belts, 3-4 in leather bands. *Please note that we are always happy to exchange a belt size, or accept returns for a refund if you order multiple sizes and need to send back the one that didn't work.

Unfortunately not. While this would be such a wonderful project, the reality is that sometimes things go wrong and the scarves are damaged in the process of making, or the clutch doesn't turn out quite right. We're willing to take this risk with scarves we have purchased, but would never forgive ourselves if we ruined your grandmother's Hermes scarf!

If you get any creases or dents in your clutch, just lightly run a steam iron over the creases/dents until they disappear. For stains: The best thing to do is scotch guard your clutch as soon as you get it. From there, just use your favorite spot treatment if you get something on it!
Absolutely! Just email us here with your order number, and what you'd like for the note to say. We'll include it, hand-written, on our signature Garland Bags stationary.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to get your order shipped within 2 business days. Belt orders typically ship next day, along with any bags that already have hardware affixed (indicated in the title). For design-your-own, we need 24 hours to affix your chosen hardware, and then will usually ship the next business day.
Yes. We do free shipping UPS ground, and ship out of Savannah, GA. If you need to get it there faster, you have expedited shipping options at checkout!

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day exchange or credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@garlandbags.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!You can always contact us for any return question at contact@garlandbags.com
