This clutch is made from a scarf featuring Alexander McQueen’s signature skull motif in black and white, and is topped with an edgy gold chain link. The inside of the clutch is lined with black linen, and contains accordion sides with grommets for a removable chain (chain is sold separately). Overall dimensions are 12” x 7” with a magnetic snap closure.
