This is a clutch made from an authenticated Alexander McQueen scarf that features the eponymous brand’s signature skulls in metallic gold. The clutch is topped with a gold Greek key and the interior is lined with black linen. The clutch contains accordion sides with grommets for a crossbody chain (included).
